Our Story
Ora first started making her products over 10 years ago, because her oldest daughter was allergic to the ingredients found in the lotions available on retail shelves. Her sensitive skin would break out into splotchy red patches all over, anytime she used them. As a nurse, Ora thought about the fact that 60% of what we put on our skin gets absorbed into our bloodstream, so she decided to make something that would be both nourishing for her daughter’s skin and healthy for her body.
The Blackberry body butter was the first product she developed. Empowered by the positive results and feedback from her family, Ora expanded the list of products she made to include additional body butters, shampoo and hair oil. Her desire to help others led to the continued expansion of her product line.
In 2023, friends and family insisted she needed to sell her amazing products, and Ora’s Beauty Oasis was born.
